The flag-salute ceremony to welcome New Year at Dien Cape, where the sunrise is first seen on the mainland of the country, solemnly organized by the Phu Yen Province People's Committee (PPC) has attracted not only officials, party members, pupils, students and all classes of local people but also numerous delegates and tourists.
