Guest chef Yong Bin Ngen, who comes from the award-winning Majestic restaurant in Singapore, will bring his innovative and exciting culinary style to the Orientica Restaurant from November 19 to 23.

Chef Yong Bin Ngen will prepare two wine dinners which showcase culinary expertise and exquisite cuisine paired with superb wines from world famous vineyards.

Chef’s specialties include signature dishes such as a combination of crispy wasabi prawn and chilled sake infused crabmeat salad, double-boiled shark’s fin with sea treasures and Japanese mushroom, stewed noodles with baby clam and crab roe.
