Hue to launch the 2nd Golden Tourism Week in 2016

(TITC) – From 2 – 8 September, Hue Monuments Conservation Centre will launch the 2nd Golden Tourism Week in 2016 following the first promotional program from 23 – 29 April.

Accordingly, visitors will receive free entrance to Thieu Tri Tomb and An Dinh Palace when purchasing package tour ticket to Imperial Citadel – Minh Mang Tomb – Khai Dinh Tomb; free of charge to visit Gia Long Tomb, Thieu Tri Tomb, Hon Chen Temple and An Dinh Palace if buying package ticket for Imperial Citadel – Minh Mang Tomb – Tu Duc Tomb – Khai Dinh Tomb. The package ticket is valid for two days.

Student groups will save up to 50% off tickets for visiting the monument and enjoying Nha nhac (Hue Court Music) performance at Duyet Thi Duong Theatre from 10:00 – 10:40 and 15:00 – 15:40 every day. Visitors can get discount of 10% for tramcar service at the Imperial Citadel and of 10% - 15% for beverage at Tu Phuong Vo Su Pavilion, cultural establishments at Truong Sanh Residence, Nen Cu Coffee (145 Phan Dinh Phung Street) and Luc Bo Cultural Space (79 Nguyen Chi Dieu Street).

The exhibition of “Country’s names and capitals through historical periods” opens from 1 September to 1 December 2016 at the Imperial Citadel.

In addition, this is also the opportunity for visitors to contemplate the revivification of many royal ceremonies such as changing the guard at Ngo Mon Gate, royal music performances in front of Thai Hoa Palace…

Hue Monuments Conservation Centre is expected to launch the 3rd Golden Tourism Week from 24 – 30 December 2016 to welcome New Year Eve 2017.
